Instructions for preparation

In a boiling bowl put 1 cup of integral oats, 3 cups of water and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Than cover the bowl and cook (low fire) about 1 hour. It can be consume as a dessert combined with fruit, nuts, cinnamon or other grains in your own desire.
