Wheat flakes

The whole wheat grains naturally contain large amount of dietary fiber, important minerals, vitamins, protein and are low in fat.

Instructions for preparation

The desired amount of wheat flakes pour with milk, yogurt (plain or fruit), or tea if desired, leave for 15 minutes to soften and consume. The product can be combined with fruits or other grains.
